Interior design: essential in conveying the identity of a place, those who inhabit and live it.
A constructed settlement that becomes an integral part of the city – this was the concept behind the new San Pio da Pietrelcina Parish in the Malafede district of Rome.
The S. Pio church has a 2x1 rectangular floorplan. The altar stands in the very centre of the largest part of the rectangle.
The complex also hosts parish services, areas for pastoral activities, the house of canons, sacristy and multi-functional hall.
